theCFO as the exclusive M&A advisor to Medyk Poznań in the sale of 100% of shares to Air Liquide

theCFO is pleased to announce the signing of a definite binding share purchase agreement between the shareholders of NZOZ Medyk-Poznań (“Medyk” or the “Company”) and Air Liquide Polska a subsidiary of Air Liquide Group regarding the sale of 100% of shares in Medyk to ALP.
Medyk is a specialised healthcare service provider located in Poznań, Poland. Since its creation in 1999 by Mrs and Mr Grottel the Company has developed an activity focused on home respiratory ventilation for both adult patients and for children. In addition, the Company has developed in several other fields, most importantly in hospice & palliative medicine and in ambulatory care through its medical clinic located in Poznań. Each year Medyk serves thousands of patients in Greater Poland voivodeship.

The transactional closing took place on July 1, 2020 in Warsaw. The parties agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
